I am a Functional Medicine Consultant with over a decade of experience guiding thousands of practitioners across the country. I've had the privilege of learning directly from some of the top integrative and functional doctors in the nation.
After graduating from the University of Nebraska and moving to Los Angeles, I began my career in finance, selling alternative mutual funds. But after doctors told me I was developing interstitial cystitis, I made a swift and purposeful pivot into the world of healing, eventually becoming a Holistic Health Practitioner.
While my primary focus today is consulting, my work remains rooted in whole-body health, including the emotional, neurological, and energetic dimensions of healing. I’m currently training in Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) to expand my ability to support nervous system regulation and trauma recovery.
