Updated Ordering Guidelines
To create a smoother ordering experience and help prevent unexpected billing issues, we’ve updated how certain orders are processed.
The following order types will now be processed as Client Bill only:
- Test kits provided directly to patients from your practice inventory
- Orders containing tests that may require reflex testing
