How to Order Mobile Blood Work Labs

Please follow these simple steps to placing your mobile blood work order:

  • Step One: Select your desired blood work option.
  • Step Two: Login to your Evexia Account and complete your mobile blood work order through the Evexia Store.
  • Step Three: You will be contacted to schedule your blood work appointment once your collection materials have been received.

What to Expect After Your Mobile Blood Work Order Is Submitted

Once you have submitted your order, you’ll receive two emails. The first email will confirm your order request, and the second email will confirm your payment. At this point, your order will be processed and your collection materials will be delivered.

When your order has been processed, collection materials will be sent to your patient via Priority USPS (please be aware that courier services nationwide—including the USPS—are experiencing some delays in service due to COVID-19).

Finally, your patient will be contacted by the blood work lab service within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your collection materials, at which point they can schedule the blood draw in a way that’s convenient for them.

Available Phlebotomy Services

Mobile Blood Work – Single Collection

A carefully selected and trained phlebotomist performs any blood draw services that are required to complete testing ordered by an authorized healthcare provider, in the comfort of your patient’s home or office. Please note that pricing can change depending on the specimen collected.

Mobile Blood Work – Hourly (Three-Hour Requirement)

A carefully selected and trained phlebotomist will perform blood draw services in the privacy of your patient’s home or office on an hourly basis. Please note that the $100 price point reflected is per hour. Therefore, the cost for a three-hour scheduled draw (which is the minimum requirement) would be $300, plus $100 for each additional hour.

First, check your email for confirmation of your order and payment. Next, you’ll want to be on the lookout for the collection materials to be delivered. Be ready to receive a phone call from the phlebotomy service to schedule your patient’s appointment 24 to 48 hours after the collection materials have arrived.
