Royal blue-top (EDTA) tube or royal blue-top without EDTA.

Separate plasma immediately after the collection, and transfer to a certified metal-free plastic transport tube (PeopleSoft N° 111166) for shipment to the laboratory.

Maintain specimen at room temperature.
