Sterile screw-cap container or stool transport vial (Para-Pak® white clean vial), no preservative.
Maintain specimen at 2°C to 8°C and transport to the laboratory within 24 hours of collection. If a longer period is required, the specimen should be frozen at –70°C or maintained on dry ice.
