Aspirate, biopsy, body fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), nails, hair, skin, sinus, sputum, stool, urine, or genital. 2 mL or 1 cc tissue; whole nails or scrapings, hairs, skin scrapings; 50 mL body fluid; 5 mL aspirates.
