Collection Instructions:

Lavender-top (EDTA) tube; capillary puncture: three microhematocrit tubes. Blue-top (sodium citrate) tube, yellow-top (ACD) tube, or green-top (heparin) tube may also be submitted.

To avoid delays in turnaround time, please submit a separate lavender-top tube for each test requiring a lavender-top.
